CaseTrail is built to work without collecting personal information.

No accounts. There is no login, registration or subscription.
No cookies, analytics or ads. CaseTrail does not currently set cookies or run analytics or advertising scripts.
Searches stay in your browser. The search page downloads one case index file and runs your search on your device. Your search terms are not sent to us, though they appear in the page address so you can bookmark or share a search.
Server logs. Our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and operations. We do not use them to identify visitors.
Email. If you email us, we use your message only to reply.

If we add analytics or advertising in the future, this page will be updated first, and any consent choices required by law will be offered.
